Yes. All orders will now be processed through PayPal.

Yes! You can calculate your shipping costs on the cart and  checkout page of this website. If your country or postal code does not register, please email me for assistance.

Please note that all orders are delivered exclusively by door-to-door courier, arriving within 5 to 10 working days (excluding unforeseen delays).

Shipping costs provided do not include insurance. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the courier marks the shipment as delivered at the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held liable for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation. If you are concerned about safe delivery, you may request services such as insurance, signature on delivery or hold for collection at a courier location at an additional cost to you. Please contact me when placing your order if you’d like to add these options.Thank you for your understanding.

South African orders will be shipped by door-to-door delivery with The Courier Guy and international orders will shipped by FedEx International Priority, DHL Express or economy service courier UPS (USA Only). Orders will arrive within 5 – 10 working days from placing your order successfully (excluding unforeseen delays).

Yes. Once your package has been collected by my courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2 – 4 week days to receive your tracking number.

Unfortunately not. Due to the unreliability of the South African Postal Service, who regularly lose packages and often have delays of months at a time, I have chosen to ship exclusively with door to door courier services to ensure the artwork reaches my clients in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. Please note that tubes can fit up to three artworks should you wish to maximise your order and minimise shipping costs.
