With regards to Shipping: To avoid loss or damage and to guarantee the safe delivery of my prints or products I have opted to only ship with FedEx and their Local & International Priority Shipping service. I receive premium rates from them and this mean’s you’ll receive a tracking number and receive your order at your front door in a matter of days, rather than using the local South African Postal Service with whom I’ve experienced endless problems with long delays and missing or damaged parcels. Although the costs might seem high, I receive premium rates from these couriers for shipping from South Africa.
Please note these costs do not include insurance. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the courier marks the shipment as delivered at the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held liable for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation. If you are concerned about safe delivery, you may request services such as insurance, signature on delivery or hold for collection at a courier location at an additional cost to you.
