NB: Please check the size guide because all pre-orders will be non-refundable as they are made-to-order. The measurements in the size guide are all in cm (centimeters).
With regards to Shipping: To avoid loss or damage and to guarantee the safe delivery of my prints or products I have opted to only ship all international orders with trusted express service couriers DHL and FedEx or economy service courier UPS (USA Only) – all of which offer parcel tracking. Although the costs might seem high, I receive premium rates from these couriers for shipping from South Africa.
Please note these costs do not include insurance. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the courier marks the shipment as delivered at the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held liable for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation. If you are concerned about safe delivery, you may request services such as insurance, signature on delivery or hold for collection at a courier location at an additional cost to you. Please contact me when placing your order if you’d like to add these options.
